Where is it located? Unit 3/ 40 Parraweena Road, Caringbah

What time? Bookings have allocated timeslots which you will be able to choose, and will receive a confirmation email regarding your booking.

How long is the session? 5 Minute allowances are made per booking; if you have sensory requirements, please email us and we will look to make a 10minute opening at no extra charge.

**Corporate bookings will have 30 minute allocations and can make multiple consecutive bookings for larger teams

​

Extra charges? to allow for the extra time that larger groups have, we charge an additional $10 for over 6 persons (7-12 persons) and an extra $20 for over 12 persons (13+) this is to allow for the extra time and organising required for the photo. also see below about large families.

I have a big family, with many smaller families, can we get additional photos for the many families that make up our big family? Yes, though we will have to allow additional time for this, which means we will have to charge additionally for this also. for each additional group/subsection of the family, it will be an additional $20

​

Are pets allowed? Yes! Bring them along.

​

Can i change by booking? Yes, using the booking system, you can make a change two days prior to your booking, but no refund will be given.

​

Is Santa at all sessions? No, Santa is only available on the booking that says "Photos with Santa"; the other photo sessions are Christmas photos, where Christmas decorations and backgrounds are supplied and provided.

Is there parking? Yes, there is limited parking on site, which will be clearly displayed or plenty of street parking.

​

Is there a refund policy? Due to the nature of the bookings, if you cannot make the time you have booked, we will attempt to move your session to another time slot. There is a strict no refund policy.

What do you wear? Anything you like!

Are there changing rooms and bathrooms available? Yes, we have 1 changing room and 1 bathroom available. Please note the bathroom is not an accessible bathroom.

Is it level access? Yes! this is a step free experience, so everyone can access 

​

How will I receive my photos? You will be sent a digital link within 24 hours of the session

​

What will I receive? 1 Silly Photo and 1 Nice Photo. Though we will send through more photos for example if youd like one with just children and Santa additionally, for no extra charge.

**Corporate will receive 1 Silly & 3 Nice Team Photos, headshots can be added
