The Grey Creative Caringbah, Sydney Content, Client Marketing & Studio Coordinator Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Fully On-Site | Fun, Energetic & Hands-On

We’re a premium photo and podcast studio in Caringbah that also operates as a hands-on social media and marketing partner for our clients. We help creators, podcasters and small businesses produce great content and grow their audiences through strategic social media management and Meta ads. We run community events like Grey Coffee Club and deliver end-to-end production + marketing services from one beautiful industrial-chic space.

We’re looking for an energetic, organised and client-focused person to join us 3 days a week, fully based at our studio in Caringbah. No work from home — this role is all about being in the room where it happens: meeting clients face-to-face, jumping on recordings, keeping the studio buzzing and running marketing campaigns (for both The Grey Creative and our clients) with real energy and creativity.

What the role actually looks like

This is a varied, high-ownership position where you’ll split your time between studio operations, client relationships and delivering social media + marketing results.

Client Marketing, Social Media & Facebook/Instagram Ads

(The Grey Creative + our clients)

  • Manage social media accounts and run targeted Meta ad campaigns for The Grey Creative and, more importantly, as a core service for our client businesses, podcasters and creators.

  • Create scroll-stopping content (reels, carousels, Stories, YouTube clips) that helps clients grow their audiences and turn their podcast/video content into real results.

  • Develop simple, effective social strategies and ad campaigns tailored to each client’s goals.

  • Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form posts and ads.

  • Track performance, report back to clients and continuously improve results.

Podcast Producing & Editing

  • Edit client (and our own) podcast episodes — clean audio, music, intros/outros, chapters and optimisation for all platforms.

  • Create video podcast versions and highlight reels using our pro gear.

  • Support recording sessions in-studio — tech setup, troubleshooting and making sure everything runs smoothly and sounds great.

Studio Management & Client Relationships

  • Be the friendly, professional face of The Grey Creative — handle inquiries, manage bookings, onboard new clients and keep communication flowing.

  • Deliver an outstanding in-person experience every time someone walks into the studio.

  • Keep the space looking sharp, equipment ready and sessions running without a hitch.

  • Build ongoing relationships with clients who are now also getting social media and marketing support from us.

  • Help with events, photoshoots and activations that bring the community together.

You’ll be fully on-site 3 days a week at our Caringbah studio. This means you’re immersed in the creative energy every shift—seeing recordings happen, meeting clients in person and being part of the day-to-day buzz that makes The Grey Creative special.

Who we’re looking for

You bring positive, can-do energy, you love content and you genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed — whether that’s through great podcast production or social media and ads that actually move the needle.

Must-haves

  • Strong organisational skills and natural client service instincts (people will remember how you make them feel).

  • Comfortable jumping between creative tasks, technical production and client conversations in a busy studio environment.

  • Based in/near Sydney with reliable transport to Caringbah for all three shifts.

  • Reliable and self-motivated — you’ll have ownership of your days and clients.

Nice-to-haves (or happy to train the right person)

  • Experience with social media management, content creation, basic video/audio editing or running Meta ads.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut/Premiere, Descript, Meta Ads Manager or scheduling platforms.

  • Interest in podcasts, photography/videography or the local creative scene.

Don’t have every skill yet? No problem. We’re looking for someone with the right energy, quick learning ability and genuine interest in both studio production and client marketing. We’ll train you on our specific tools, workflows and how we deliver social media + ads as part of our client offering.

Pay & what’s in it for you

Suggested rate for 3 Days: $990 + Super

After a 3-month probationary period we can discuss extras like
